KUSHAL ENGINEERS, founded by Mr. Raju Bhagia, has embarked on an extraordinary journey since its establishment in 1994. Mr. Bhagia’s extensive experience, garnered during his nearly 13-year tenure at Larsen & Toubro Limited, has profoundly shaped the trajectory of KUSHAL ENGINEERS.
Recognizing the crucial role of quality technical manpower, Mr. Bhagia identified a market gap for service providers with a deep understanding of essential skill sets. This insight led to the establishment of KUSHAL ENGINEERS, focusing on Technical Manpower Deployment, Secondment, and Contract Staffing in the project space.
Challenges & Expansions
As an early market entrant, KUSHAL ENGINEERS faced the challenge of convincing clients to transition from in-house hiring to outsourcing technical project manpower. Through effective communication and value demonstration, the company successfully persuaded clients to adopt outsourcing, resulting in significant project cost savings.
As the company grew, Kushal Engineers Group reorganised into three group companies:
- Kushal Engineering Enterprises
- Kushal Technical Services Pvt. Ltd.
- M.M.K Enterprises
